ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, as he states that he has received instruction to file it before the appropriate Court, which is at Delhi. Liberty is granted.

2. This Court clarifies at the request of the learned counsel for respondent No.1 that this does not in any manner take away other objections, if any, which the respondents could have to the maintainability of the petition.
