2. Mr.J. Rajamuneshwaran, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and Ms. R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3 and they have no serious objections for condoning the delay.

3. We are also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition. Hence, the delay is condoned.
