This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32291 f 2024, dated 07.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32291 of 2024, dated 07.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further order is relaxed.
