Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to implement the order of direction issued by the Honourable High Court in W.P.No.22402 of 2011 dated 21.2.2012 and in Cont.P.No.724 of 2013 dated 31.10.2013. ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner, to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to implement the order of direction issued by the Honourable High Court in W.P.No.22402 of 2011 dated 21.2.2012 and in Cont.P.No.724 of 2013 dated 31.10.2013.

2.On instructions from the client, who was personally available with the learned counsel throughout the Virtual Court proceedings, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner place her submissions before the Court.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present prayer itself is not maintainable in view of the earlier round of litigation in which order has been passed by this Court and non-compliance of the said order, led to the filing of the contempt petition and, subsequently the order has also been complied with. However, this Court may permit the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law for other reliefs.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law for other reliefs, if he is entitled to and if he is so advised.
