This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.
