Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent made in Appeal No. 10 of 2013 dated 10.09.2014 quash the same and further direct the respondents to issue the permit on the route oppanakkara street Jn-Vysial Street Jn to Semmedu to the petitioner. This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order of the first respondent in Appeal No. 10 of 2013 dated 10.09.2014 and to direct the respondents to issue the permit on the route Oppanakkara Street JunctionVysial Street Junction to Semmedu to the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in view of the order passed in W.P. No. 28413 of 2019, this Writ Petition is not maintainable as against the Appellate Authority.
