The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25343 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 with one of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of 4 weeks.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is residing in U.S.A and his mother is suffering from Cancer and further she has been advised to be beside her mother and therefore, she was unable to travel immediately and hence she was not able to comply with the condition immediately and therefore, she filed extension petition before this Court on 02.01.2025, wherein this Court granted two weeks time to comply with the conditions.

3. In reply, The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the conditions imposed by this Court so far. He further submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also filed.

4. In the light of the above, since the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed, condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police is no more required, however, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and execute bond under Section 91 of BNSS on or before 18.08.2025. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted to the petitioner. In the event of petitioner not complying with this condition, the anticipatory bail ordered to her will automatically stands cancelled and coercive steps would be taken against the petitioner to secure him. 22.07.2025 sma M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J.
