ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of Community Certificate of her children based on the petitioner's origin at Puducherry. 3.We direct the respondents to issue the certificate. It is needless to mention that such certificate can be issued with a rider. Merely because such a rider has been incorporated, the authorities will not decline to treat it as a proper Community Certificate.

4.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
