Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the satisfaction Court is amended as the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court No.1 for Trial of Crime Cases related to Members of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu, Chennai instead of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, No.XVII, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.O.P.No.15312 of 2022, dated 14.07.2022.
