ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to 1/4

relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.1203 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.30327 of 2024 dated 12.02.2025 on the file of this Court, thereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor(Pondy) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
