ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate protection to the life and property of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2026.

2. This Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of at the time of admission itself with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, as well as the respondents 4 & 5 and any other interested parties, if any. The respondents 1 to 3 shall take into consideration all relevant records and documents that may be produced by the respective parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Criminal petition is closed.
