ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to extent the benefit to the petitioner's son under Interest subsidy Scheme and to adjust the recovered amount of Rs.1,83,960/- towards principal loan amount.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is no dispute with reference to the issues as well as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
benefits to be extended in favour of the petitioner.
3. When the petitioner himself says that there is no dispute exists between the bank and the petitioner, the benefits to be granted if any must be, by approaching the competent authorities of the respondent bank. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondent bank for the purpose of redressing his grievance, if any now exists.
4. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
