Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 05.05.2026 passed by the 2nd Respondent / Recovery Officer, DRT- II, Chennai in TRC No.99 of 2022 in DRC No.18 of 2021 arising out of OA No.169 of 2018, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natural Justice, particularly the rule of Audi Alteram Partem, and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to reconsider the application filed by the 1st Respondent Bank for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner only after affording the petitioner fair reasonable and effective opportunity of hearing.
