ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to consider my representation dated 10.06.2024 and to rectify the erroneous in the online FMB Sketch based on UDR patta or other revenue records in Survey Number : 305/1E, measuring to an extent of 0.14.00 Ares, Patta Number : 423, respectively situated in Kavundampalaiyam Village,
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property is owned by the petitioner and one Kaliyanna Gounder and the said property has been used as a pathway for more than hundred years. During the UDR sketch, an error crept in the online FMB and some of the boundary measurements have been wrongly mentioned in the online FMB. In this regard, though the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents to rectify the error, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
