Respondents PRAYER:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to recognize the M.D. (Accident and Emergency Medicine) underwent by the petitioner's Association members in the fourth and fifth respondent Institution to be equivalent to the M.D. (Emergency Medicine) regulated by the third respondent retrospectively and to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's Association members as a Emergency Physicians with recognition of their M.D. (Accident and Emergency Medicine) qualification.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to recognize the M.D. (Accident and Emergency Medicine) underwent by the petitioner's Association members in the fourth and fifth respondent Institution to be equivalent to the M.D. (Emergency Medicine) regulated by the third respondent retrospectively and to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's Association members as a Emergency Physicians with recognition of their M.D. (Accident and Emergency Medicine) qualification.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 25.02.2022, none appeared for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
