PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the Order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 21.06.2024 in D.O.No.32/2024-C2 against the petitioner Sister Kavitha @ Karuppu Kavitha, Female aged 40 years W/o. Raja, who is confined at Special Prison for Women, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Honble Court and set her at Liberty.
