ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Rajeswari, aged about 21 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent for production of the detenue from the illegal custody of 3rd respondent.

Today, the detenue is present along with the 3rd respondent - Vikram and so also the petitioner. On enquiry, the petitioner has informed us that he would solemnize the marriage of the detenue with the 3rd respondent though it appears that they have married each other. On that ground, the detenue is expressed her willingness to be with the petitioner, who is her father. The aforesaid statement of the petitioner is recorded. We make it clear that the 3rd respondent has also got no objection for the said arrangements.

In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this matter. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed setting the detenue at liberty.
