This application has been filed to substitute S.Kalyanam as the Chairman of the 1st respondent trust consequent to the death of Dr.H.B.N.Shetty, IAS (retired), who is no more.

2.It is stated in the affidavit filed that Dr.HBN Shetty died on 28.04.2021. It had been stated that by a board resolution dated 04.05.2021, S.Kalyanam, had been appointed as a trustee in fact in the year 1999. Two further persons had been inducted as trustees viz., Dr.K.Ganesan and Mr.G.Rajagopalan. For the present to examine the issues framed in the present petition, it is sought that S.Kalyanam may be taken to be the Chairman of the 1st respondent trustee. Since as a fact the existing Chairman Dr.HBN.Shetty had died and S.Kalyanam is also a trustee, the present petition stands allowed. 14.11.2022 1/2 kp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
