This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur in C.A.No.64 of 2019 dated 31.01.2020 by confirming the order passed by the learned Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level) Thiruvallur in STC.No.33 of 2017.

2. The respondent/complainant had filed a consent affidavit stating that he wants to withdraw the STC.No.33 of 2017 on the file of Fast Tract Court (Magistrate Level), Thiruvallur as the matter has been settled between the parties. Hence, the orders passed by both the Courts below are set aside and the accused is acquitted for the offence of which he is charged.
