Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has not been able to contact the Petitioner, but Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent, on instructions, informs that the Petitioner, who is the father of the Second Respondent, has expired on 15.05.2023 and he has produced his death certificate, which is placed on record.

In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
