This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 437 days in filing Crl.R.C.Sr.No.31412 of 2023 as against the order dated 31.01.2020 in Crl.A.No.64 of 2019 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court at Tiruvallur.

2. Mr.J.Raja Rao, learned counsel appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in condoning the delay of 437 days. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
