Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram, to expedite the hearing in C.C.No.158 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
