For Petitioner : Mr.R.Abdul Mubeen For Respondents : Mr.V.Sundareswaran COMMON ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to grant temporary status and regularise the services of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment dated 25.09.1998 and 30.03.1993 respectively and confer all consequential service and monetary benefits based on the letter dated 10.09.1993 vide OM No.51016/2/90 Estt.(C) issued by the 1st respondent within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Page No.2 of 4
Petitions and he made an endorsement to that effect. He also requested to grant liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.
