Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records from the file of the respondents 1 and 2 who have issued a notice under section 379 (A) of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act IV of 1919 dated 28.06.2004 and quash the same as illegal and repugnant in law at the same time directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the sealing of the flour mill premises at old Door No.56, New No.6, North Mada Street, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to accept the tenancy issued by the 3rd respondent in favour of the petitioner dated 11.4.2000 as no objection certificate for issuing a fresh licence in favour of the petitioner for running the flour mill at old no.56, New No.6, North Mada street, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004. When the Writ Petitions were taken up for hearing on 20.07.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petitions were directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 21.07.2017. Today (21.07.2017), there is no representation for the petitioner.
