O R D E R

This petition has been filed to expedite the trial proceedings and dispose of D.V.O.P.No.39 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Salem, within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the wife of the first respondent. Due to misunderstanding between the petitioner and her husband, the petitioner filed D.V.O.P.No.39 of 2017 before the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Salem. Though the notices were served to the respondents, they did not appear for the trial proceedings and the case has been pending from the year 2017. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition, to direct the Trial Court to complete the trial within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Salem is directed to expedite the trial proceedings and dispose of the D.V.O.P.No.39 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
