When it is pointed out by Mr. T.M. Pappiah, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First and Second Respondents, that in the absence of any enabling provisions to condone the delay beyond the prescribed period of 30 days under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908, the First Respondent cannot entertain the appeal filed by the Petitioner, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdraw the Writ Petition leaving it open the Petitioner to workout his rights in respect the Property for which the registration of the document has been sought in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
