Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents issued in G.O.Ms.No. 820 Housing and Urban Development dated 17.08.1982 in so far as the petitioners concerned published in supplement part 2 Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazettee dated 01.09.1982 and consequential order issued by the 2nd respondent in letter No.Na.Ka.4(5) 33755/2005 dated 14.11.2006 and further direction to the respondent to issue No objection Certificate.

ORDER
When the matter was called on 11.06.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted, that he has given change of vakalat to the parties. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 18.06.2018. On 18.06.2018 when the matter came up for hearing there was no representation for the petitioners. When the matter was listed on 20.06.2008, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to get instructions from his client. At his request, the matter was adjourned to 02.07.2018. On 02.07.2018 also the matter was adjourned to 09.07.2018 at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. On 09.07.2018, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence, the registry was directed to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 12.07.2018. On 12.07.2018 when the matter came up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has sent a letter to the client namely P.Padnamabhan, and the cover returned with an endorsement as no such person. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties name may be printed and he has no further instructions in this case. Therefore, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioners in the cause list and post the matter on 13.07.2018.
3. When the matter is called today (i.e) on 13.07.2018, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
