2. It is submitted that "No Confidence Motion" was held on 09.07.2024, wherein, the petitioner has obtained only three votes. As per the secret ballet, 12 members have brought resolution and accordingly, only three members have voted in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has been removed from the post of Vice President, Kannampalayam Town Panchayat.

The same has been sent to the Government for further procedure.

3. Compliance recorded. No further order is necessary in this Writ Petition.
