This petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 22.06.2019 for an offence under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the respondent police have conducted an enquiry in C.S.R No.357 of 2019 and the same was closed.
