This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15625 of 2022 on 06.07.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15625 of 2022 on 06.07.2022.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
