ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.552 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Pursuant to compromise effected in proceedings in Criminal Appeal Nos.1177-1179 of 2005 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, several cases between the parties have been settled, and C.C.No.552 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, quash of which is sought in the present petition is also one of them. In this circumstance, the proceedings in such case shall stand quashed.

4. The compromise memo dated 13.02.2014 shall form part of the records.
