Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceeding of the second respondent Ref.Nil dated 25.07.2013 quash the same and also direct the third respondent to refund the deducted amount of Rs.18,000/- from July 2013 to June 2014 (12 months) to the petitioner (PPO No.8602201006) immediately.
