2. The wife seeks transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.519 of 2020 from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

3. HMOP No. 519 of 2020 has been filed by the respondent/husband seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty before the Sub Court, Poonamallee. The wife is a resident of Kodungaiyur, Chennai. The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience of the wife who is having a minor child aged about 4 years.

4. Mr.V.Kannadasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband would submit that he has no objection for transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.519 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

Though there is no representation for the petitioner, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is inclined to allow the this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

H.M.O.P.No.519 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee and transferred to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
