2. The writ petitioner is presently working as an Assistant Executive Engineer in the respondent Corporation. He wants his services to be regularised. He has already given a representation on 17.04.2026.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner has been serving in this capacity since 02.12.2020. The petitioner was constrained to file this Writ Petition as he apprehends that the post may be filled up on regular basis and thereafter, the vacancy may not arise.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Secretary to Government, MAWS Department, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2026, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
