Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 26.09.2017 to cancel the registration of Supplementary Trust Deed dated 22.09.2017 vide Document No.240 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Vellore and cancel the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of his representation dated 26.09.2017 and to cancel the registration of Supplementary Trust Deed dated 22.09.2017 vide Document No.240 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Vellore. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 drawn the notice of this Court to the Communication dated 17.02.2018 issued by the Inspector General of Registration to the District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Registrar (Administration), submitted that the enquiry to be held expeditiously and the result also will be communicated. 3.Therefore, the District Registrar (Administration), the second respondent herein is directed to proceed with the enquiry as per the Communication dated 10.01.2018 issued to him by the Inspector General of Registration, the third respondent herein and in any event the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
