This petition has been filed to modify the para 5 (a) in Crl.O.P No. 12350 of 2024 dated 27.06.2024:

2. The reason assigned by the petitioner is satisfactory. Accordingly, para 5 (a) in Crl.OP. No. 12350 of 2024 dated 27.06.2024 is modified as follows :

5 (a). the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk's Association, Madras A/c. 484026006, IFSC - IDIB000M157 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the court below.

3. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P No. 12350 of 2024. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
