ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 4 and 5 to forward the petitioner's representations dated 08.06.2022 and 05.04.2024 to the first and second respondents and also to direct respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's said representations within a time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, respondents 4 & 5 are directed to forward the petitioner's representations dated 08.06.2022 and 05.04.2024 to the first and respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the said representations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the said representations.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
