This petition has been filed seeking exemption from paying the balance Court fees of Rs.4,000/-.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that after the accident, he lost his employment and therefore, he did not have means to pay the necessary court fees, for the present.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee, for the present.

5. However, it is made clear that the claimant will have to pay the requisite court fees at the time of final disposal of the appeal.

6. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same "for admission" on 08.10.2021.
