2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Additional Subordinate Judge at Dharmapuri as to how long he would require to dispose of the suit. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge has sent a report stating that he is holding full additional charge of the Subordinate Courts at Dharmapuri and therefore, he is conducting the matter on seniority basis.

3. Considering the fact that the plaintiff is aged about 82 years, the suit requires to be prioritised. It is in the interest of the senior citizen that the litigation is completed during his lifetime. Consequently, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Subordinate Judge at Dharmapuri to dispose of O.S.No.400 of 2022 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
