Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent comprised in file No.730-52-38(E)/ET/2001/240, dated 16.04.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to process the application of the petitioner College for approval for the academic year 20132014 without insisting upon the Clearance Certificate from the 2nd Respondent and grant extension of approval to the petitioner college for the academic year 2013-2014 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Ms.Dakshayani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.A.L.Ganthimathi, learaned counsel for the first respondent and Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader for the 2nd and 4th respondents.

2. The petitioner has challenged the order of rejection of approval of their College for the academic year 2013-2014 in this Writ Petition. Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequently approval has been accorded to the petitionerCollege for the academic year 2013-2014 and for the subsequent years also. The said submission is recorded.

3. The said submission is also ratified by the learned counsel for the first respondent. In view of the submissions made by the respective counsel, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
