ORDER

(1) A Status Report has been filed by the respondent herein, in which it had been stated that the Collector of Cuddalore District, vide proceedings dated 07.10.2021, has granted permission under Section 17[A][I] of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2018 as amended. Consequent to that, a detailed enquiry has commenced. The detailed enquiry has also been registered in Cuddalore Detachment in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

DE/54/2021/RDP/HQ dated 20.10.2021 and it is stated that enquiry is under progress.

(2) In view of this particular fact, since substantial progress has been made and an enquiry is on going, the present petition is closed.

(3) I am confident that the respondent will proceed further in accordance with law. Liberty is granted to the petitioner herein to approach this Court again if she has any grievance.
