ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the property in question, but however, the Patta was granted in the name of the fifth respondent and for cancellation of the Patta, the petitioner made an application on 14.06.2016, which was not yet considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the relief sought for in this Writ Petition and taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the said representation, dated 14.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and fifth respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to give a copy of this order along with a copy of the said representation dated 14.06.2016.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
