This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register and execute the sale deed in respect of Plot No.FP4(2C/15), South Phase, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 058 in favour of the petitioner herein. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite payment of amount, sale deed has not been executed. Hence, the writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they will execute the sale deed, within a period of eight weeks. The said submission is recorded.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to execute the sale deed in respect of Plot No.FP4(2C/15), South Phase, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 058 in favour of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
