Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 4th respondent from acting upon the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/2039/2014 dated 10.09.2014 in proposed Nagapanthal Village Panchayat meeting held for involving removal of the petitioner by the 3rd respondent and the 1st respondent as to the same is in violation of the Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act 1994.

The petitioner has sought a Mandamus, forbearing the 4th respondent from acting upon the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 10.09.2014 in regard to the removal of the petitioner by the 3rd respondent in terms of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994.

2. Since Mr.TNC.Kaushik, learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears for R1 would submit that the tenure of the petitioner has itself elapsed, nothing survives in this writ petition.
