PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the first respondent made in G.O.(D) No.123, Health & Family Welfare (A1) Department, dated 31.01.2014, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Director of Medical Education forthwith.
