A.No.3047 of 2022 in C.S.No.453 of 2012 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J The plaintiff has presented this application for permission to amend the name of the second defendant in the long and short cause title.

2. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that the name was entered erroneously as P.M.Pulugeswaran instead of P.M.Pulugaiya.

3. The respondents have no objection to this application being allowed.

4.Accordingly, A.No.3047 of 2022 is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendment in the plaint on or before 02.09.2022 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendants within a week thereafter.
