This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending investigation in Crime No. 23 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with possession of 106.400 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the fact that 106.400 kgs of Ganja was seized from the accused persons which is commercial quantity. On seeing the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
