Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to forthwith initiate appropriate action against the 4th respondent herein for his untoward and atrocious acts and to further direct the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2013 to reconsider the order of the 3rd respondent in proceedings No.A/1321/12 dated 10.05.2013 and to treat the periods mentioned in the said order as duty period for all purposed ( as medical leave with pay/ compulsory wait appropriately) and to disburse all consequential monetary benefits to the petitioner herein.

ORDER

The petition was filed in the year 2014. During the pendency of the writ petition, it was listed for hearing on 28.10.2020 for taking consideration, however, It is seen that there was no representation for the petitioner on 28.10.2020, hence the matter was directed to be listed on 19.11.2020, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel on record. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
