The learned counsel for the petitioner would invite the attention of this Court, that there is an inadvertent error occurred in the order dated 31.07.2025 in the prayer portion it is wrongly typed as "Principal District Court" instead of Principal District Judge and the same shall also be corrected in paragraph no.4. Hence, the prayer portion and paragraph no.4 of the said order reads as under:- "This Revision has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 10.03.2025 made in IA.No.2 of 2024 in Trust O.S.No.281 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram.

4. However, in view of the fact that the plaintiff has re-affirmed the liability of Rs.25,00,000/- to the respondent, recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Manoharan, on instructions, from the petitioner that, on sale of the Trust properties, pursuant to the orders passed by the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram, the said sum of Rs.25,00,000/- shall be settled on priority basis to the respondent."

3. In paragraph no.5, it has been wrongly typed as "Labour Court" instead of "Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram". Hence, paragraph no.5 of the said order reads as under:- "5. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The order passed by the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram is set aside. No costs."

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to make necessary corrections and issue a fresh order copy to the parties.
