This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos.634 & 635 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.29480 & 29484 of 2022 on 23.01.2023 to report before the respondent police on every Friday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
